| The sealant to be used shall be a single component polyurethane prepolymer which reacts with water to form an expansive, elastic and durable hydrogel with excellent adhesive properties. |
| The hydrogel shall have the following physical properties when reacted with water, with a permissible variance of +/-5%: |
